Since 1944, a story that never ends
Everything began in 1944 when my grandmother, a woman from the Lazio countryside, cooked with love for her family. Her passion for cooking led her to open a small tavern in the heart of Monteleone, eventually reaching Rome, where iconic dishes like the authentic Roman Amatriciana and Carbonara were born. From Amatrice came the genuine homemade guanciale, prepared according to tradition, because “guanciale is the heart of Roman cuisine.”
This is not just the story of a restaurant; it is the story of my grandmother. A story of dedication, authentic flavors, and traditions passed down from generation to generation. Today, that love for cooking still lives on, bringing the flavors of Monteleone all the way to Dubai.
