Each twisted strand creates the perfect texture for this timeless Roman dish, where tradition meets contemporary gastronomy.
Fettuccine all’uovo alla Vaccinara
From the traditional Roman cuisine, our handmade egg fettuccine pairs perfectly with the rich Vaccinara sauce, a classic recipe featuring tender oxtail slow-cooked with celery, carrots, onion, and bay leaf. The sauce is enriched with a touch of cocoa and Pecorino Romano cheese, creating a luxurious coating for our fresh pasta that tells the story of Rome’s deep culinary heritage.
Gnocchi alla Sorrentina
Mamma mia! Let us tell you about our cloud-soft potato gnocchetti, the most pillowy pasta you’ll ever meet. These little dumplings are hand-rolled with amore by our pasta artisans (we call them “gnocchi whisperers”).
